  • Strict Access Controls: While data is processed for active retrieval (e.g., search and intelligence), this occurs within your isolated instance. We employ strict technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access to your data.

3. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: When you create an account for the Service, we collect your email address and basic profile information.
  • Newsletter: When you visit our Site, we collect your email address if you voluntarily provide it to subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Payment Information: We use a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your credit card details.

B. Information Collected from Connected Accounts (The Service)

You may choose to connect third-party accounts (such as Plaid for banking, Google for calendar/email) to your personal AI.

  • Financial Data: Through our integration with Plaid, we may process data such as transaction history and account balances. This data is encrypted at rest and stored in your isolated data lake. We do not see or monetize this data.
  • Other Integrations: Similar principles apply to other integrations; data is fetched, encrypted, and stored under strict access controls.

C. Cookies and Tracking Technologies (The Site)

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our Site through third-party service providers to enhance your experience and understand how our Site is used.

  • Retention.com: When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses.

B. Plaid Technologies, Inc.

We use Plaid Technologies, Inc. ("Plaid") to gather your data from financial institutions. By using our service, you grant Client and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.

C. Marketing Partners

We do not sell, trade, or rent your email address to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your email with trusted providers who assist our newsletter operations (e.g., email marketing platforms).

D. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information (such as your email address) if required by law.

We employ state-of-the-art security measures, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. Your data is stored in a secure environment designed to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
