1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using virtues.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Virtues ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requested
  • Maintain the security of any account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Virtues or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or objectionable content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
  • Collect or harvest information about other users

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIRTUES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Virtues and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Virtues regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between us regarding the same.
