By accessing or using virtues.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Virtues (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

A. Our Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the Virtues software architecture, is the property of Virtues or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

B. Your Content & AI Output

You retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you provide to the Service. Furthermore, you own all output generated by your personal AI instance (e.g., insights, journals, and summaries). Virtues does not claim any ownership over your AI’s generated content.

4. AI Accuracy & Usage

A. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service uses advanced artificial intelligence to provide insights. However, AI can sometimes “hallucinate” or provide inaccurate, incomplete, or biased information. You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Your use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

B. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Generate or distribute deepfakes, misinformation, or harmful content.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Virtues software or infrastructure.

5. User Conduct

If you submit any content to us (including feedback, suggestions, or other communications), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that your content does not violate these Terms or the rights of any third party.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content, goods, or services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Virtues and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Virtues regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between us regarding the same.
