Terms of Service — Virtues Hardware

Acceptance
These Terms govern the purchase, ownership, and use of Virtues hardware. Software running on the hardware is subject to the separate VirtuesOS Terms.
Orders and Shipping
Orders are confirmed when payment clears. Shipping timelines are estimates; we will notify you of material delays. Title and risk pass on delivery to the address you specify.
Warranty
The Virtues Server is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or accidents. Warranty claims should be initiated via support@virtues.com.
Returns
You may return new, unopened hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping. Opened or used hardware is returnable only under the warranty terms above.
Repairs and Right to Repair
You own the hardware. We support self-repair where safe; service manuals and spare parts are published in the open-source repository.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, Virtues’ total liability arising from hardware is limited to the price you paid. Virtues is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
