The Service
VirtuesOS is software that runs on hardware you own. We provide updates, optional cloud services (such as remote access tunnels), and developer tools. We do not host your data.
Your Account
You are responsible for the hardware, network, and security of the system VirtuesOS runs on. Account credentials must be kept confidential.
Acceptable Use
You will not use VirtuesOS to:
- Violate the law or the rights of others
- Distribute malware or attempt to compromise other systems
- Resell or relicense the software in violation of its open-source license
Open Source
VirtuesOS source is published under the license stated in the repository. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted by that license.
Disclaimers
VirtuesOS is provided “as is.” Virtues is not liable for data loss, hardware failure, or third-party service interruptions. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
Termination
You may stop using VirtuesOS at any time. We may suspend optional cloud services for accounts that violate these Terms.
