Terms of Service — Google Integration

Acceptance

By connecting a Google account to a Virtues Server, you agree to these Terms in addition to the Virtues Terms of Service and Google’s own Terms of Service.

Scope of the Integration

The Google integration provides a one-way data path from authorized Google services to your Virtues Server. Virtues does not modify, send, or delete data inside your Google account on your behalf unless you explicitly authorize an action through a Virtues App.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain a valid Google account and comply with Google’s terms.
• Authorize only the scopes you intend to use.
• Keep your Virtues Server secure; the integration grants ingestion access on your behalf.

Limitations

Google may change, deprecate, or revoke API access at any time. Virtues is not responsible for outages, data loss, or feature changes resulting from Google’s actions. We will surface integration health in your VirtuesOS dashboard and provide reconnection prompts when needed.

Termination

You may disconnect the integration at any time from your Virtues Server or your Google account. Virtues may suspend the integration if continued use would violate Google’s policies or compromise system integrity.
